Do You Know Everything About Your Penis?

This male sex organ is one of the most tender organs that need a lot of attention. Find out penis hygiene before and after sex, foods for erection and how to increase penis size.

Exercise regularly

Building muscles and weight loss are not the only reasons to head to the gym. If you want a healthy penis, exercise regularly to clear the arteries and increase blood flow to the penis.

Warm up:

Cold temperature shrinks the size of the penis, so take a warm shower and keep your body warm to increase the blood flow to the body and the penis.

Jelqing:

Increase blood flow to the penis and increase pressure by jelqing, popularly known as the jerk-off. Repeated motion of stroking and squeezing increases the size of the penis.

How to measure the penis:
For an erect penis the measurement is from the base of the shaft to the tip of the penis. As for a flaccid penis, measure it soon after undressing, because the uneven temperature can distort your measurement.

Penis size depends on:

Your penis size depends on arousal level, time of day, room temperature, frequency of sexual activity, and reliability of measurement.

Penis size:

The documented average size of an erect penis can go up to 6 inches, while a flaccid penis can range from 3.5 to 3.9 inches. If an erect penis is less than 3 inches it is medically known as a micropenis.

Scrotum temperature:
The ideal temperature for the scrotum is 37 degrees C. When the scrotum is at normal temperature it is elongated and smooth, it is relaxed. The scrotum contracts and get wrinkled when it is cold, sexually stimulated or when you exercise.

Foreskin cleansing:
Wash the penis daily with soap and water by retracting the foreskin, if you are an uncircumcised male. Failure to do so can lead to infections, inflammations, phimosis and even tumours.

Reduce sweat:

Excess sweat at the penis and scrotum develops into infection and odour. So, it is important to maintain dryness either by absorbing the moisture with a towel or by applying powder to the area.

Ejaculate regularly:
Ejaculation is a great way to maintain urological health. In men between the ages of 20-50, regular ejaculation helps maintain sexual health by exercising the prostate gland.

Grooming pubic hair:
It is very important to groom pubic hair. Trimming pubic hair will help increase hygiene in the groin, reduce moisture and improve your sexual experience with your partner.

Be gentle:
It is important to keep your sex organ clean, so be gentle while cleaning it. Vigourously scrubbing with soaps or liquids will cause a minor infection. So, to avoid infections, just wash it with warm water.

Self examination:

Regularly check your genitals for lumps or discharge, during a shower. A regular check up will help control problems like STDs or testicular cancer.

Blue balls:

It is not a myth. Blue balls are caused due to the build-up of fluids in the scrotum. It is also called temporary fluid congestion or even vasocongestion and this is accompanied by pain. It is caused when an adult male has not experienced sexual arousal in awhile. However, it is important to note that blue balls ease out on its own.
