Increasing Breast Size Naturally


If you would like to enhance your breast size naturally, without having to endure the pain of surgery (and not to mention the cost), there are some practices that you can incorporate into your daily routine. Today, a lot of women are turning toward natural methods rather than invasive surgeries, and though natural methods have a much more subtle effect, they are known to have moderate success.

Build your pectoral muscles

Your pectoral muscles are located on your chest, right below your breasts. Strengthening these will help you to improve the overall size and firmness of your breasts. You can build your pectoral muscles by doing both push-ups as well as chest presses, 3 sets of 10 reps, 5 times a week. Once you start getting the hang of it, you can start adding dumbbells to your routine.

Strengthen your back and shoulder muscles

Your back and shoulder muscles are ultimately responsible for supporting your breasts. Working these out will enable you to stand straight and carry yourself well. Additionally, building these muscles will also make your chest seem larger and firmer. Do not worry about appearing bulky, because unless you are taking steroids or bodybuilding professionally that is very unlikely to happen.

Gain weight

Your breasts mainly consist of fatty tissues, so if you happen to be very skinny you should consider putting some weight. Follow a healthy diet with more proteins, complex carbohydrates and healthy fats, rather than fried or sugary foods. Keep in mind that you cannot target the weight to your breasts and that everybody has a different body type, so while one person may put on more weight on their breasts, others may put on more weight on their thighs. Try the weight gain diet for a week or two, see how it affects your body shape and then decide whether or not you want to continue.

Wear the right kind of bra

Studies show that many women have worn the wrong bra size for years without realising it. Wearing the right bra is important because it supports your breasts and keeps them from sagging and appearing droopy. You should get yourself measured at the lingerie store to figure out both your correct size and your alternate size, so that you know which sizes you should buy in future. You should also buy some sports bras for when you exercise, to ensure that your breasts receive adequate support.

Eat certain foods

There are certain foods that are associated with breast growth; however there is no scientific evidence to support this as yet. Fennel, fenugreek, yam roots, watercress leaves, soy milk, wine, green tea, chicken, olives, avocados and nuts are all supposed to help increase breast size. While some of these increase your estrogen production, some contain phytoestrogens and others are just healthy fats that will help you gain weight.

Avoid caffeine

Caffeine is classified as a methylxanthine and it affects your system like a drug. A stimulant, it not only hampers breast growth, it also causes breast pain and increases the risk of you developing cancer.

Massage your breast

It is recommended that you massage your breast for 10-15 minutes once or twice a day in order to increase the circulation in this area, triggering the hormone release glands and promoting growth. There are specials creams for this purpose; however you should consult a gynecologist before attempting to use any of them.
